Who is Knight Connect for?

Knight Connect is built for authorized Knights organizations and their members. Councils can connect their everyday work, while districts, chapters, dioceses, and state organizations coordinate within their assigned responsibilities.

How do we get our council started?

Start with your organization's administrator or our support and contact options. They can help you understand access and the plans available for your unit. Accounts are invitation-only; there is no open public registration.

Can a unit begin on a free plan?

A free starting plan is available when an administrator publishes one for your unit type. Once your unit has access, authorized, MFA-verified officers can purchase published paid plans and compatible add-ons in Plan and billing. Availability and pricing depend on your unit type.

Can everyone see our member information?

Access follows assigned roles and organizational responsibilities. Members see the information and next steps available to them; authorized officers can manage the records within their scope. Protected documents and readiness details have their own access controls.

Can we build a council website?

Website tools are a controlled pilot for selected units, with separate approval, an eligible plan, authorized roles, and multi-factor authentication required. The pilot supports private editing and preview only; public publishing is not available.

Do we share a plan with our district or state?

Each unit has its own plan eligibility and rates. A council does not automatically inherit its parent organization's subscription. Any shared-credit arrangement must be set up explicitly, so officers can see what belongs to their unit.
