Authorized organizational use

Knight Connect is an invitation-only service. Users must access it through their own account, follow the permissions and organizational boundaries assigned to them, and use protected information only for authorized organizational purposes.

Account and data responsibilities

• Keep credentials and multi-factor authentication devices secure.
• Provide accurate organizational and billing information.
• Upload or distribute content only when the organization has authority to use it.
• Do not evade permissions, quotas, security controls, or service boundaries.

Paid services

An officer who starts or changes paid service represents that they have authority to bind the selected unit to the displayed price, cadence, add-ons, and applicable taxes. Stripe's signed events—not a browser redirect—control the recorded payment and subscription state.

The separately published subscription policy explains renewals, quota periods, plan changes, cancellation, one-time credits, and refund requests and is incorporated into these terms for paid transactions.

Service availability and changes

Features may depend on the selected plan, permissions, unit configuration, third-party providers, and scheduled maintenance. Warranties, liability limits, suspension rights, dispute terms, governing law, and termination language remain subject to owner and legal review.
